Santoku Culinary Battle Tool
I've only had it for less than a week but all of my Wusthof's have been drawered. This little guy is a beast in the kitchen and has met every task I have asked of it, from trimming beef to cutting cheese. Zach makes em right and provides super quick shipping! I put off this purchase for far too long, but I am very happy with the etched series he came out with. The etching is high quality and I believe it will last for as long as I own the knife. If you're on the fence, jump on it while it's still available! You won't regret it.

I have bought a lot of high end kitchen knives over the years. The ZW santuko immediately became to GoTo blade and sees most of the kitchen action. My wife lives it.
